SHS has the advanced production equipment and quality detection ways, there are 10 sets of 2-ton middle frequency induction furnaces,6 sets of 0.5 tons of furnaces , one set of 100 T、140 T rubber vulcanization machine, five sets of 5 tons of gas heat treatment furnace , several sets of 90 kw、180 kw and 230 kw box-style resistance heat treatment furnace , four sets of well-style tempering furance, more than 35 sets of shot blasting machines, CNC center has 5 sets of Japanese MAZAK processing machine, more than 200 sets of numerical control boring machines and milling machines. Mould workshop has various precision processing equipments and computers. Our testing equipment: 2 sets of direct reading spectrometers from Germany, tri-dimensional coordinator, WE-300 universal material tester, JBN-300 B impacting machine, XJG-05 metallographic analyzer, HLN-11, HBR2-178.5, HR-150 A hardnesstester, PL 2500 N tensile strength terter, JC-1010 thickness gauge, 401 A climatic chamber, JC-1006 rubber low temperature brittleness tester, various testing equipment including fluorescence detection machine, magnetic powder flaw detection machine, ultrasonic inspection machine, X-ray detection machine, Co60 radiation detection machine etc. We can make sure that all of the top detection equipment is completed , not only can fully meet customers requirements of the casting products, but also can ensure that meet the material in the physical and chemical properties, nondestructive testing, high precision geometry size detection, and so a full range of detection requirements.
SHS is an appointed steel castings manufacturer approved by Chinese railway ministry, the production code is "PD",we can offer medium and low carbon steel and all kinds of alloy steel forty thousand tons per year, sales revenue exceeds USD65 million. In 2008 SHS got the German DB certificate. In 2010 we got the passenger trains and cargo trains accessories of authentication from CRCC, there are more than 70 kinds of products, also in the same year, we got the qualification authentication of bridge bearings from CRCC.
